These fondly remembered and iconic Commer BF ex.Whippy ice cream vans from the 1950’s and 1960’s are always a big hit at shows and festivals throughout South East Queensland. The vans are restored to a high standard and are big event capable attending events such as The Ekka, Queensland Camping and Caravan Show,Toowoomba Royal Show, WinterSun etc. They also undertake smaller functions such as weddings and parties.

These vehicles are extremely rare worldwide and Classic Ices are proud to offer an operational fleet of three with a fourth presently in restoration. There is also a modern Transit van and a teardrop retro caravan to complete the fleet. This enables us to cover all your ice cream requirements.

Staff are dressed in a style which compliments the era. We pay top percentages of turnover or your own pre-determined site fee. We can also help arrange  other catering and amusement operators for your event.
